Zimbabwe; New Female Condom on Cards

Africa News, November 29, 2010 Monday

Zimbabwe will soon be introducing a new female condom, which is cheaper to produce and more user friendly compared to the version on the market.
National Aids Council youth co-ordinator Mrs Beauty Nyamwanza said the new version of female condoms, shortened as FC2 would be distributed once the old version lot is finished.
"The FC2s are already in the country. We are just waiting to finish the old consignment of the old condoms so that we can introduce the new ones," said Mrs Nyamwanza.
