Court clears way for female condoms

South Africa: Female condoms issued by the government may soon be readily available again at distribution points across the country.

The Pretoria High Court has turned down an application by the Finance Minister for leave to appeal against an earlier order allowing the company which supplied these condoms to continue doing so.
