The UAFC End of Term evaluation

In 2011 the International Steering Group of the Universal Access to Female Condoms joint programme commissioned an end of term evaluation. Between 2009 and 2011 the UAFC joint programme developed and implemented a holistic programme around increasing access to female condoms for all. External evaluators were asked to assess how and if this 3 year programme achieved the goals set in 2009 and which lessons learned should be taken into consideration for the second phase of the programme.

ACE Europe, a consultancy firm for European and international cooperation who provides services to NGOs for development cooperation and to government institutions, evaluated the UAFC programme, both in the Netherlands as in the country offices, based on the following objectives;

to report on the achievement of the overall aim & goals of the programme and to provide “lessons learned” with respect to the contribution of the different programme components towards the achievement of the overall goals.

Here you will find the ACE report as well as the executive summary and the ISG management response.
